Foundation Membership (No longer onsale) will give you early priority to purchase 2027 match access memberships ahead of the general public.
This membership is $79, including GST. 

In addition, Foundation Members will receive:
•    A personalised digital wallet Foundation Membership card

Club 2027 Premium Foundation Membership is the only way to ensure first priority to purchase 2027 match access memberships for yourself and up to four immediate family members residing within the same household.  This limited in number membership is $3000, including GST.

In addition, Club 2027 members will receive:
•    A made-to-order, exclusive release Club 2027 Varsity Jacket (not available for purchase)

Yes, you will need to purchase a 2027 match access membership to have access to 2027 matches. These will be on sale in late 2026.

You do not need to purchase a match access membership if you simply want to show your support the Perth Bears, but Foundation Memberships alone will not give you access to games. 

One Foundation Membership will give you priority access to purchase one match access membership during the 2027 season. Should you wish to purchase 2 match access memberships ahead of the general public you will need to purchase 2 x Foundation Memberships to receive priority access to purchase. 

Please note, the Perth Bears cannot guarantee availability of preferred categories or memberships. Should allocations be exceeded you may be required to join a waitlist.

No, you do not need to create multiple accounts to purchase additional memberships. You can purchase multiple memberships through a single account; however, you will need to provide the full contact details and date of birth for each additional member.

No, it will be a separate purchase.

To retain your Foundation Member benefits, you will be required to renew your membership periodically.

Transfers of Club 2027 Premium Foundation Memberships are only allowed between immediate family members and may incur a fee. Immediate family members include:

•    Spouse or de facto partner
•    Child or step-child
•    Parent or step-parent
•    Grandparent or grandchild
•    Sibling
•    Immediate family of your spouse or de facto partner (e.g. their child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling).

Please contact the Perth Bears membership team for more information if you would like to transfer your Club 2027 Premium Foundation Membership. 

 IMPORTANT: Membership tenure does not transfer. The new member will start their tenure from the date of transfer, regardless of how long the original member held the membership.

For Club 2027 Premium Foundation Memberships, an immediate family member is defined as a person who permanently resides within the same household as the primary member, including:

•    Spouse or de facto partner
•    Child or step-child
•    Parent or step-parent
•    Grandparent or grandchild
•    Sibling
•    Immediate family of your spouse or de facto partner (e.g. their child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling)

While both clubs share a proud heritage, the membership structures of each club are independent. As such, membership with one club does not provide access or benefits to the other.

No refunds or exchanges are offered on Foundation Memberships or Club 2027 Premium Foundation Memberships.

If you have experienced transaction issues when purchasing Foundation Memberships through the Perth Bears Shop, a refund request can be made through your shop account. 

Being a member of the Perth Bears is more than just a membership. It’s about being part of our club, our community and being one of the people who make it special. This is your chance to support the Perth Bears from the very beginning.

Members who have consecutive years of membership will be rewarded in future seasons and so there is no better time to start. 

The Perth Bears will contact all members prior to publishing their name but if you would like to opt out from this benefit prior to this, please contact the membership team.

Be aware of the following limitations that apply:

• Foundation Members cannot purchase 2027 memberships for adjacent seats for family and friends unless they each hold a Foundation Membership.
• Club 2027 Members can only purchase 2027 memberships for adjacent seats for up to 4 immediate family members residing in the same household.
• The Perth Bears cannot guarantee availability of preferred categories or memberships. Should allocations be exceeded you may be required to join a waitlist.

Children under 3 at the time of purchase are admitted free and will not require a membership provided they do not occupy a seat of their own. They must sit on an adult's lap.

Unfortunately, not. As a Club 2027 or Foundation Member you will be given priority access to purchase 2027 match access memberships with the best available membership seats (at your time of purchase), within a priority window, before they go on sale to the public.

The Perth Bears cannot guarantee the availability of specific seats.

Please note membership seats do not include suites or corporate hospitality.

No, there will be memberships for fans located throughout the world.

The Perth Bears will be playing their home matches at HBF Park in Perth. The fixtures for Perth Bears matches will be released by the NRL in late 2026

Once you are on the website; in the top right hand corner click on - "Sign up/Login".

Once you are logged in, you will see your current details on your Profile. To make any changes, simply click on the detail and type in the new details. Make sure to click "Update Profile" when you're finished to save your changes. 

You will be able to view your membership number on your digital membership card. This will be sent to you via SMS within four weeks following your purchase. 

Your membership number will also be printed on your member card which will be posted out to you in the coming months.

Membership numbers are automatically allocated and cannot be manually selected or changed.

 Your number is unique to you and will remain your official Perth Bears membership number.

No, all Foundation Memberships are a unique offering prior to the 2027 season.

Simply log in to your Perth Bears membership account. Once logged in you will have the ability to click View Purchases to see your recent membership purchase. 

At this stage, only the purchaser can access and update membership details.

In the coming months, members will be able to create their own account and manage their details directly.

Tip: Ensure the purchaser includes your email address and mobile number so we can contact you directly when it's time to set up your account.

Every Foundation Member has been allocated their own unique Perth Bears membership number, recognising their place in club history.

Membership numbers were automatically allocated following purchase from a dedicated Foundation Member numbering range. This range does not start at #1, meaning your membership number does not reflect the number of members who signed up before you, or the club’s total membership tally.

No matter your number, you are part of the inaugural group of Perth Bears members who helped build the club from the very beginning.

Membership numbers are issued per person, not per membership purchased. If you purchased memberships on behalf of family or friends, you will need to supply their full name and contact details before they can be allocated their own membership numbers.

You may incur an additional postage charge if you live outside of Australia.

It will take approximately 13 weeks following a successful purchase for your member pack to arrive. 

Please note, this may take longer should your member pack being sent to a PO Box, regional Australia or International address. 

Your digital membership card will be sent to you via SMS within four weeks of purchase. 

Please note: if you purchased merchandise in addition to your membership, this will have a different delivery timeframe. Please see Merchandise FAQs for more details.

Your member pack will be sent in three stages: 

1. Your digital membership card will be sent to you via SMS within four weeks of purchase.
2. Your Varsity Jacket, which is made to order, will be mailed to you in mid-October.
3. All other items will be sent approximately eight-weeks after payment has been received.

Please note, this may take longer should your member pack being sent to a PO Box, regional Australia or International address. 

Due to current tariffs, we do not currently ship member packs to the USA. Please contact the club directly to discuss alternate arrangements for membership.

If you update your address in your account within 48 hours of your membership purchase, best endeavours will be made to send your member pack to your new address. 

After 48 hours, it is likely your member pack will be sent to your old address.

Yes. Member packs will arrive in the same envelope / package if members live at the same address.

No. Membership products will be sent separately from any individual purchases of merchandise.

We can replace your digital membership card at no cost.

Information on how to access your digital membership card will be emailed to the email address in your membership account.

No. The card included in your member pack will not give you access to matches. These cards are keepsakes for Perth Bears Foundation Members. 

Membership cards for match access will be issued in line with a purchase of a 2027 match access membership.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our membership team to assist with your options. 

We do not provide replacement member packs for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect address entry or third-party delivery issues (e.g., Australia Post).

Unfortunately, not. These are an exclusive, made-to-order Club 2027 item and the only way to secure yourself a Varsity Jacket is by purchasing a Club 2027 membership.

Proceed then to click on “create a new account” and complete the details using the email you would like attached to your membership account. 

You will receive an email prompting you to verify your account. 

When it comes to purchasing your Foundation or Club 2027 Premium Foundation Memberships we can only accept Visa or Mastercard. 

Payment for these memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Once your membership has been processed by the Perth Bears team, you will receive an email confirming your purchase within 48 hours.

Individual match day tickets (not memberships) will go on sale in early-2027 via Ticketmaster 

Prior to 2027 single match tickets going on sale via Ticketmaster, Foundation and Club 2027 Members will be given Ticketmaster pre-sale access to purchase prior to the general public. We will notify you with instructions in late 2026. 

Please note, the Perth Bears cannot guarantee availability of preferred categories. 

Yes, when you purchase an eligible membership you become a “Bears Member” in accordance with the Constitution of the Perth Bears Limited. Noting the establishment period is five-years from our first game in the NRL Premiership.

No, Bears Members are supporter members only and are not members of the company. Bears Members do not have voting rights.

As agreed by the Australian Rugby League Commission (ARLC) and the Western Australian Government in establishing the Perth Bears, the single member with voting rights is the ARLC. This arrangement is time-limited only until the Perth Bears transitions to Member Control. This ensures that the Perth Bears have the support and stability it needs to properly establish itself before it becomes a membership-controlled organisation.

In the period leading up to the Transition to Member Control, the Perth Bears will actively engage with current Bears Members to maximise the transition of Bears Members to Ordinary Members. Ordinary members will have these rights.

To become a Bears Member, you need to hold a current, eligible Perth Bears membership.

The establishment period is five-years from our first game in the NRL Premiership. Also, there is a range of transition criteria set out in our Constitution that needs to be met before the Perth Bears can transition to a membership-controlled organisation.  The transition criteria cover on-field and off-field performance and sustainability. By meeting these criteria, Bears Members can be assured that the transition will succeed. The ARLC has the ability to waive the transition criteria early.
